I am not having any luck, y'all. I ordered all three "doctor" books in June. Got the cake ones right away (Amazon used). Kept waiting for cupcake book...nada. Finally emailed seller...no response. Emailed Amazon; they refunded me right away. Re-ordered from different seller, had book in 4 days. Reading through book, excited b/c book is SO GREAT. Get to page 230...and the next page is 187. HUH? Yep, the book is defective. It repeats pages 183-230, and entirely omits pages 231-278 Contact seller, who IMMEDIATELY issues refund. (Awesome seller...doesn't even require me to send book back). Now I have to re-order AGAIN! This seller was so awesome I want to re-order from them, but they have none in stock. So I am going to wait until they do and suck it up.

Yikes! How frustrating is that!!! I use Amazon almost exclusively when I order books/dvds/cds, and I've never had a problem. I'm glad they stand behind their orders and took care of your book that never got there. But I can't believe you next ended up with a defective book!! Boy was your luck rotten! I have the cupcake book, and I love it, so hopefully you will get yours soon! You are a very patient and understanding person

FINALLY! I thought I was nuts. Mine is a little mixed up...like the reference page for the pictures in the front are wrong. I ordered mine from my bookclub (literary guild) so I'm thinking they were mass produced with errors.

I've bought from Amazon many times, and been very pleased with them. This is all just too strange. I've been using my copy of "Cupcakes," for a long time now, and so far haven't seen any errors in it. I wonder if you might write the publisher and tell them about it. Did you y'all know she is coming out with another book pretty soon? I read the Newsletter from there and the July issue stated there will be at least one recipe as a teaser from the new book. I just can't wait for that one to be on the bookshelves.

I just got this book a few days ago! I have not tried any of the recipes in it yet but they look very good! Now all I need is the chocolate cake book and i've got 'em all!

That's awsesome that the seller is being so agreeable. I have had a lot of problems with sellers on ebay lately.

I must have got your books. While CC was down I needed something to do so I ordered all the Doctor books from Amazon and have been looking at them every night!
