How do you charge friends and family for cakes? I have to do a cake for a friend (not a very close friend). Not sure on how to go about charging her. I feel really guilty to charge her what I would if she was not a friend.

I've come up with a "Family/Friend" discount of 10% and that way they feel like they're getting a deal.

I agree with the rest... I would take a little bit off the price. It doesn't sound like she is that close of a friend.
