I want to make a chocolate bow for a cake that I have to deliver 3 days early. The customer will keep it refrigerated till the party. I am making the bow out of chocolate clay. Is there any risk that the bow will discolor or melt once it comes out of the fridge??

I've never done a chocolate bow before and I'm nervous about letting it sit for that long.

Thanks,
Alex

Unless it is very hot, or in direct sun, the chocolate clay should hold up, once it is set. it is much like a Tootsie Roll.
