So my mom is a diabetic and I was wondering if anyone could give me a recipe or ideas for a good sugar-free buttercream. Finding a sugar-free cake is diffucult but the sugar-free buttercream is annoying. Or as substitute to buttercream do you know of any other icing or frosting I can use to decorate with that is sugar-free?

Here is a Diabetic Icing. If you go to the recipes area on Cake Central I did a search for "Sugar Free" and there were a few different types of icing that came up. The one at the link above had a 5 star rating so that might be a good bet.
