i tried doing pulled sugar roses and it was horrible. at first everything looked good then all of a sudden everything started melting. there was candy all over the place. i am sooooooooooooo depressed.

OK what was your recipe for starters? Did you leave the pieces under a heat lamp? Thats strange that they would just start melting don't make sense.

Thanks. I do not know how many here would agree with you. Have not really ever gone anywhere. Sugar Work questions do not exactly abound here lately.
