Pan help needed for Cake Mix Doctor cheesecake

I am going to make the CMD's Chocolate Mocha Swirl Cheesecake. It calls for a 9 x 13 and to cut into bars. Can I do it as an 8 inch 2 layer cake? Has anyone ever done this, and if so, what modifications should I make? This is for a HUGE bridal shower, and the lady is ordering 4 cakes from me, all on platters, so I know she wants the rounds and not the square individual servings.

Help is appreciated.

I make cheesecakes all the time, haven't tried the CMD recipe yet but I've never stacked a cheescake....do you have time to do a practice run and see how it comes out?? Maybe someone else has actually done this will answer. Good luck!

Do you have a similar recipe I could use for a round 8 or 9 inch version?? (even if it is not stacked?)

My recipes don't have any cake mix in them, they are the regular kind of cheescakes and I make them in a 10" spring form pan. I'm sure you could make smaller ones just using less of the batter. Would you like me to share that recipe with you or are you looking for something more cake-like?
