Hello,

I just stacked my top tier for a wedding cake and it's lop-sided. I can't figure out why since the top of the cake is the bottom of a layer so it should be even, right?

Anyway, the top of the cake is very level and straigh. It's that one side has a bit of a slope and the other side is completely vertical from top to bottom. Does that make sense?

It is VERY slight and it probably won't be noticed if I put the sloped side to the back. I'm afraid to fix it because I don't want to make it worse. Does any one have any ticks that will help me to fix it easily?

Thanks for any advice.

You can TRY to "fake" your icing level on the top - but that can be tricky to make it look right. It probably isn't as bad as you see it - we are our own worst critics.
