I created an order form in MS Word, but must have changed it a hundred times, it never seems to fit perfect for customized wedding cake orders. Does anyone have one that has worked well for them that they would like to share?

I found Earlene's Cakes website to be a great source of information (and not just for forms...she has this whole cake decorating thing down to a science- I want to be half the decorator she is when I grow up!). I used ideas from the form she has on-line as a starting point. I think you will find that it has just about everything you can think of. Here's the link:
