Hi. I made the "Whipped Cream Buttercream Frosting" that I found on this website. Does anyone know why the frosting might have ended up grainy? I followed the recipe exactly as is. What might be my problem. Is it that I'm mixing it with a hand held mixer? Any help is appreciated.

Sry, haven't tried this recipe yet, but maybe you're not mixing it long enuff?
