Using a pricing matrix that I got from a very nice person on this forum (I AM SO SORRY TO WHO EVER IT WAS FOR FORGETTING, BUT THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!) icon_lol.gif I created a chart of prices and what it cost to make. I live in a metropolitan area and for the 1/4 and 1/2 sheet cakes it ends up being right around the grocery bakery price, which is what I wanted. I am just starting out, and only have about 10 cakes under my belt. I am in the process of taking the Wilton Courses, therefore I want to start my prices a little on the lower side until I get really good. Just wanted someone else's opinion. The list is incomplete, but I hope you get the jist. Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! thumbs_up.gificon_biggrin.gif

From the ones listed...looks great! I think the cupcake price is good if it's very detailed or has a topper...seems high though for just a standard cupcake. What do you think?
