I just made choc. buttercream following a recipe from this site - and it's kinda grainy. I'm guessing it's the cocoa powder.... I think I read somewhere you could have added it to water adn then added that to the mixture to get rid of it....... but of course I forgot that! Is there anything I can do now to get rid of that graininess or do I have to start over???

If you let it set overnight and then mix it again in the morning some of it will get absorbed. If you have to do it right now, I don't know. I usually use half melted bakers chocolate and half cocoa so I can avoid that.
