Thank you I believe I will make this only as Mickey for my son this Fall. He loves Mickey Mouse Club House.

Thanks so much jaklotz1! Your Minnie cake is amazing! I just found this post after I made my Mickey and Minnie cakes. I based them off of your cake picture, but didn't know you wrote this forum! My kids LOVED the cakes. Very cute idea! Anyway, when I designed my Mickey and Minnie I made a template on the computer to make the face of the cake. I used the same template for both Minnie and Mickey, except of course Minnie has the eyelashes and bow. I will add my template as an attachment, for anyone who wants to use it. You need to size it so that the big circle (the head) is 10 inches in diameter and the ears are 6. When you print it out it will be on several pages. I taped the pages together. Hope that helps!

I don't know if You are watching this anymore but I wanted to ask How did you put one color on top and a different color on the sides without the colors getting mixed at the edge? Maybe there is some easy way of doing this and I am just not privy to the information!
