Ok so I missed the color flow class and now we have to do this wedding cake or the final course the instructor wants us to use a number of things used in the course I picked color flow it seemed easier (and made the bird on the Wilton class so I thought piece of cake!)well I finished it this morning and it has been by the fan I did three in case they broke.
I outlined with white the heart then I outlined all the red hearts then filled in with red for the hearts then white for the spaces in between, before I filled in with red it looked pretty nice but then when I added the white there wasn't enough space so some it started blending in with the red, ok here's the result I don't want to look all pathetic in class and make a complete fool of myself tell me what you really think I may have to use sugar bells instead icon_mad.gif I'm also afraid they won't dry by tomorrow 6pm

Well this is not a Wilton class I took those a while back, the classes I'm taking are given by a local bakery/cake supply store and she wanted us to use some of the stuff we learned on previous cakes for our final cake here's the sugar bells cake

Ok here it is will take a better picture in the morning to post in my photos, but here it is, I think it need it more but I wasn't sure what to add so I didn't want to ruin it,
10" chocolate filled with chocolate buttercream, bead border and color flow plaque cornelli lace in same color as cake.
Top cake 6" white cake filled with chocolate ganache, burgundy roses in uttercream leafs and ead order at the bottom and sweetpeas at the ottom orders also, love making this cake but wanted the color flow on a stick to sit on top of the roses but one one my colorflows broke so didn't want to keep trying
