Sorry guys, I don't usually write "urgent" but I need the recipe for tomorrow morning for a cake for the afternoon. All the recipes I've found are for 5+ egg whites. Only have 2 egg whites to spare from the cake recipe to make the BC. Would prefer an IBMC since I don't have a handheld mixer to do the Swiss BC on the stove.
