Making Cookie Bouquets...

How far in advance can I make cookies, decorate with RI and assemble bouquet and still have them taste fresh????

Can anyone give me any tips on how you make a few bouquets as far as when to bake, when to decorate and aeemble??

I've found sugar cookies to have a pretty good shelf life. Generally, I will bake one day, decorate the next, bag the following. They have stayed fresh-tasting for a little over a week. Weather conditions and the recipe used will affect that, however. If you can experiment with your favorite recipe, I would suggest doing that. Bag some of the cookies and try them out over a period of time. Good Luck.
