Has anyone used Just Whites in IMB? I love IMB but I'm making a cake for a baby shower this weekend and I don't want to have a frosting with egg whites for the safety of the mom to be.

Have you ever made Swiss Merinque? It looks the same as IMB but the egg white are cooked first and brought to a safe temperature.
