I've only sold a couple cakes and am trying to figure prices on them. I live in a rural area but our food prices aren't real cheap and decorating supplies are at least 120 miles away. The last one was a 9X13 one layer that I priced at $35, I couldn't get it to upload so it isn't in my gallery. I think that's a good price for that, the grocery store bakery sells their cakes for just under $18 for the same size.
I need a way to go from the price for a 9x13 and figure everything else out. And I need to know how to figure the price of MMF for the same sizes.
Thanks

I charge $30 for my 9x13/quarter sheet, and $50 for my 12x18/half sheet. I don't do fondant, at least I have not been required to yet.

Good Luck! thumbs_up.gif

I do 20 for 9x13 and 40 for 11x15 but everything varies by area ...I would add on to the price if you use fondant.. I have only used MMF for cookies and have not tried on cakes yet....
