I'm looking for the following recipes:

Mocha Buttercream cake recipe
Hazelnut-almond cake recipe

Also, on tv I once saw a recipe that used crepes layered as a cake. They spread an icing over each layer and then put a crepe on top until they had a nice thick cake. Aftwards they poured a ganache overtop. Anyone who has a recipe for this will be my new hero. Thanks so much in advance.

The crepe cake, I think it is called Mille crepes, is a standard sweet crepe. The filling is pastry cream-recipes everywhere.

Make and cool the crepes, then start stacking and spreading. Make sure it is very cold before you add the ganache-it can melt the pastry cream.
