Does anyone have a link to a how to make a sandcastle cake out of fondant. I still have not found what I am looking for yet. usaribbon.gif

I looked last night when you posted this same question and I couldn't find anything.....my thought is maybe there is something in one of Debbie Brown or Colette Peters books....but I don't know for sure. Maybe you could make a trip to a book store and flip through some of their books and see if there is anything there. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

All kinds of nifty things.
I would make the fondant a tan color to imitate sand. And you could cover cardboard tubes with fondant. Or take a mini round pan and take it up to make a more edible tower.
**Forgot to add, that the cardboard tubes would be for the turrets for the cake.
