how long does fondant need to dry for 3d letter etc?

I like to be on the safe side so I'd say at least 2-3 days... When I'm in a hurry I put my pieces in my food dehydrator..it seems to work fast and great!

Or just mix in some (very little) gumtex helps as well.

I have a gas stove, and use the heat from the pilot light in the oven to help dry out my pieces.
