Has anyone else tried that recipe? I just made it, and the cake kind of tastes like corn bread haha. It has that flavor anyway.

I haven't tried the recipe you mention but I just made a red velvet cake off of Martha Stewart's website. It was featured on the show where she had over 150 Martha Stewart's on her show. It is delicious!

OMG I've made that cake! It is really good! 
I just thought I would try some of the recipes from this site. So far two down. Ha ha.
