Need Help With Chocolate Ganache Recipe

looked at the recipe and i was wondering what kind og cream is used. the recipe just says cream???? has anybody ever made this ?is it good? i would like to use it for a 50's bday cake. will it go with a french vanilla funfetti cake. oh im gonna make a white chocolate ganache filling. is the recipe still the same?? anybody

I made it using heavy whipping cream and it was wonderful. When I tried to make white ganache, it didn't seem to cream with the same amount of chocolate, but, I read that white choc takes 2x the amount to cream. I have not tried it that way, but, I hope that someone can help you with that.

Ganache is made with heavy whippping cream. Make sure not to use whipped cream or sweetened whipping cream. icon_biggrin.gif

You always use heavy cream when making ganache.
