I was just going through the recipes i have in "My recipes" on CC as i wanted to see if a new recipe had been posted yet, and i went to take a look at the recipes i've had for a while. And what do i see??? icon_eek.gificon_surprised.gificon_eek.gificon_surprised.gificon_eek.gificon_surprised.gif
I've got the wrong temperature in 2 of my recipes icon_cry.gificon_redface.gificon_cry.gificon_redface.gificon_cry.gificon_redface.gificon_cry.gificon_redface.gificon_cry.gificon_redface.gif
Both recipes say 180 degrees celcius and it should be 160 degrees celcius
IM SOOOOOO SOOOOOOO SOOOOO SORRY!!!!
Is there any way that this can be fixed??
These are the two offending recipes icon_cry.gificon_sad.gificon_cry.gificon_sad.gificon_cry.gif
http://www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-2107-1-Dark-Chocolate-Mudcake.html
http://www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-2089-0-Caramel-Mudcake-Cupcakes.html

For the cupcakes it wouldnt be too much of an issue, as being small they will cook quicker, but with the dark mud cake it will be, cause it will just make the cake too tooooo crusty.
anyway i can fix them or have the recipes deleted altogether so i can re-add them properly icon_redface.gificon_redface.gif

I would send a PM to Jackie and Heath. Once a recipe is submitted they have to format them for the site So I believe they could change it for you.

Hello,

What brand of italian cocoa do you use in the Dark mud recipe? I almost have it converted to US measures. I bought a scale just for this recipe. Thanks for posting about the temperature.

Hi there
I was told by my supplier that the cocoa was Italian, but i've recently discovered that it isn't.
The name of the cocoa i use is Edlyn. I've tried Callebaut cocoa, but it's not as dark or rich tasting as the Edlyn, so im sticking with Edlyn. Here is a link with info about it.

Nati, Is the Edlyn Cocoa available in the U.S? Is there a possibility of buying online?
