Hello,
I've been w/out CC for a wk plus now at work. i'm dying here.
thank god i printed a bunch of recipes. cause i'm not able to print that much at home. Anyways, sunday i made Antonia's cookie icing. it's great!! i also made buttercream and MMF. i finally put my KA to work.
So how long is Antonia's icing and MMF good for?
I also made the no fail cookies. i have a ton to make for this wknd for a baby shower.

thanks,
Kat

As long as you wrap your MMF up really well in plastic wrap (i then put in a ziploc bag) I have used it up to 4 weeks later (not to cover a whole cake, but for flowers and add-ons) I just had to heat it up in the microwave for 8 seconds.

Sorry can't help with Antonia's icing as i haven't made it yet. You may want to PM her and ask incase she doesn't see this topic.

For MMF, check the expiration date of the Marshmallows and/or sugar. Usually the marshmallows expire before the sugar. I have never had to keep mine as long as the expiration date (usually 6 - 9 months down the road), but I would think the MMF would be good as long as that date.
