I've read that you should add some cocoa powder to a chocolate cake mix when you are doing the cake mix extender recipe because the extender tends to take out the chocolate flavor. I was wondering how much cocoa powder I should add. I plan on using a BC Butter Recipe Chocolate.

I just add a couple of tablespoons and it turns out great. Honestly, I know this is probably bad, but I don't measure it precisely. I have never had a problem doing this.
