Wow - a lot of great cakes here, some I haven't seen before. Love the rocketship one! This is my favorite, I love doing the cakes that are "fun" to make! Fun colors and creative license to do what you want!

Wished I knew how.........

But my favorite is the doll cake I made to look like my daughter in her wedding gown in my photos. Searched forever to find a barbie with long red hair.

Great post!!! lots of cakes I missed and all so creative!! You all are just super!

Well here goes. I haven't made many cakes, but I do have a couple that I am pretty proud of. I'll is hard to choose though, I do feel as if I am choosing one child over another, but what the heck, it's only cake.
This cake was for a cousins' birthday last weekend. Attaching the lace points was a little nerve wracking since I had to wait and do it at her home. Hope you like it.

I love seeing everyone's favs! It was very hard for me to decide. I pretty much uploaded all my favs to my photo area, so it is so very hard to decide. I think if I had to choose, it would be a toss up between my daughter's princess pillow/crown cake and the tea party cake I made for the ICES convention last year (maybe because I spent soooo much time on both! icon_lol.gif ). I really love how the gumpaste crown turned out and the tea party. (There are close ups of the crown and tea party in my photo area.

I cant get my picture to attach for some reason either. Any suggestions?
Anyway it's the bridal bouquet one in my photos.
I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out when I first thought of it, so I ended up being very happy with it when it was finished.
It's turned into one of my most popular bridal shower cakes!

I too, couldn't decide between two of mine. The first was a bridal shower cake for my one of my best friends and the second was a wedding cake for another friend.

My favorite cake isn't on my computer =( I have to find a way to scan it in so I can post too.

Here's my favorite cake. I was inspired by so many people who had already done this cake. This is only my second time since 2003 working with fondant icing so I'm quite proud of this cake.

Ok, I lied, I had to go look through all my photos again and Actually my favorite cake so far is my birthday cake I made this year. It was a topsy turvy and it had daisies and butterflies.. what more could a girl want? (ok except maybe the topper that shattered into pieces as i was putting it on the cake icon_cry.gif )

Enjoy!

I have really enjoyed seeing everyones favorite cakes, I have saved a lot tonight that I had not seen before, this was a great thread to start!
