I don't even know what my favourite is! I've got several I really like.
I must admit that of the recent ones I did, I love this one....
This one is very special to me... not the most technically challenging or flashiest design, but I think the love I put into this cake shines through. It was for my son's Bar Mitzvah last year.

Cakealicious7 - did you make both these cakes??? 8O That top one is ENORMOUS!!!! How is that even possible? LOL! I remember seeing the bottom cake at Cake International and just loved it!!!
Oh no!!! I WISH i could make something like that!!! Sorry i should have said that these are NOT my work they are just my favourite :-) The top one i came across when i was looking for some cushion pans and this popped up, i think it was the wedding cake of a prince of Iran or something- it made the top ten largest cakes in the world!!

My fav - our son's 6th birthday with fondant figures made by his dad.
AI only have a really rough picture. But this is one of my favorites
It was for a beautiful girl named Madison who has cancer. She drew the picture and I made it happen for her. The look on her face was priceless. My proudest moment as a decorator.

Sooo beautiful-brought a tear to my eye
Some amazing cakes in this thread, have enjoyed browsing through them!
I've only made about 5 cakes that I'm happy with so far (I prefer making cake pops and cupcakes for now)
I pick this chicken cake that I copied off an image online, sorry, I can't remember where I found it. It's one of the first cakes I ever made and it was very simple to make but he's kinda cute.

These are probably my two favorite cakes this year.
These are two of my favorites:
This was for my grand daughter who was having a make-up party/sleep over. The make up is all gum paste. (Actually, my favorite part was the zipper. I need to find another use for the mold I made.)
This was a take-off on the children's ditty, 10 little monkeys jumping on the bed. I only made 5, one is under the bed.
But my favorite of all was this one. I replicated the drawing made by a budding 6 yr old artist. She was so proud to see her painting come to life, cake. That gave me more joy than any I'd done.
