To apply wipped cream frosting to the cake or is it better by hand? I started decorating in sept./ oct. and just now getting the courage to try whipped cream icing plus being asked do I make the wc/ strawberry cakes is a big push don't want to miss orders out of personal fear I think I've read all I can about it. I bought "pastry's frosting" my mom bd is next week so she'll get a pratice cake
