How far in advance can you make cookies and store them, and what is the best way to store them?

depends upon the type of cookie.

some can do up to a month in advance and freeze.

i make one you have to do at least a week in advance just so it will soften enough to be edible (come out rock hard and then store in big closed cookie jar w/ several slices of fresh bread, changing bread daily until cookies are soft enough)

can't speak to the no-fail ones here, haven't made them --- yet.

the no-fails will be fine. they keep, stored at room temp, for at least a week. I've also frozen them after I've baked them. As long as they are wrapped well, they come out great!

good luck!

what do you wrap them in and how long have you stored them in the freezer for?
