Hi, I would like to know if anyone uses The Pampered Chef pans or other gadgets in their baking. I ordered their round cake pans recently and what like to know what others think. Thank you

The little paring knives are perfect for trimming fondant from the bottom of cakes..they are small enough that they handle very nicely and they are sharp

Not to change the subject, but have any of you had a Pampered Chef party? That might be fun for a cake club to do as a fund raiser!

I agree 100% on the paring knife. I love them I have tons of them and use them for all aspects of decortating. I also like the roller for rolling out smaller pieces of fondant. I love the measuring cups. especially the adjustable ones for the shortening. It comes right out with those. You can get it all out quick and easilly. ANd lastly I love love loves the spatulas. I have 2 of each size. They have some of the nicest I have ever used. I am really picky about them. Oh and I like the scoops for making cake balls.
Ok. I will quit now. I am a kitchen gadget geek. Sorry.

Give them cake, the way they wanted. Taste and design are always key.

I had a Pampered Chef Bridal Shower, and I LOVED it....I got a ton of stuff, and that was five years ago, and it still looks new and everything still works perfectly.
My favorite is my measure-all cup. Awesome for peanut butter and other solids.

oh, i almost totally forgot. i can't take the credit for this, but it's totally worth sharing. i saw a post on here a while back where someone (i am so sorry, i can't remember who) figured out an awesome idea for that measure-all cup. take the plunger out of the sleeve thing and put your pastry bag in it. then fold the open end over the top, fill the bag, then pull it out the bottom! nice and clean and works like a charm! plus, you can set it down on the counter to fill and have an extra hand!
i also use the bamboo spoons to mix everything! when i color frosting or chocolate, they never pick up the color!
i'm having a pc party june 10, anyone wanna come?

I love the cake pans. I've never had a problem with them. I actually love all the baking stuff. But the cake pans are awesome.

Oh man I didn't even think about Cake Central (bad bad me!) May is Help Whip Cancer (Breast Cancer month and special pink promotions) month for Pampered Chef and i just did a fundraiser party last saturday. I am planning on closing my show this week so if anyone wants to order send me a PM and I can send you to a website that you can order from. A portion of ALL orders goes towards the American cancer society for breast cancer research and awareness, I am passing on all of my host options and discounts so that all proceeds go to fight this cause.
