Can anyone please tell me how to cover an entire cheesecake in chocolate. Either Chocolate clay or fondant? Thanks so much.

Chocolate ganache would be my thought.. mmmm. I am sure that chocolate clay or fondant would work too, though fondant would be the least tasty option IMHO. Chocolate clay is yummy too.. but I think making ganache and pouring it over the cheese cake would be the way to go. icon_biggrin.gif

I would definitely go ganache. Actually, I've done this at work and it went very well. icon_smile.gif I would shy away from fondant or clay.

There are several cheesecakes in my photos topped with ganache and wrapped in chocolate. I used transfers, but you could easily just cover with ganache. Chocolate and cheesecake is a killer combo! icon_smile.gif
