I have an event which I have been asked to make mini cheesecakes. I have a delish Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake recipe that is baked 1 hr at 300, 1 hour at 275 and 30 min at 250. Any ideas on how much I would reduce the time when baking them in cupcake size? They will not be as high or obviously as big!

Help!!! You are all the best and I knew if anyone can answer this for me it will be you!

Mini Cheesecakes take about 22 mins at 350 degrees. icon_smile.gif

I bake all my cheesecakes at 300 - and use a waterbath. I would bake them for about 30 minutes at the 300 temperature and see how they look - if they need more time, just add it in 5 minute incremints.
