I really need recipes for a moist yellow, chocolate, and white cakes for use with sheet cakes, I was aksed to make a graduation cake the last minute (night before) and I used a recipe out of a book I got from the library but it come out extremely dry, well threw that away I went to buy cake mix all were sold out except Walmart brand and I used that not sure if it was dry, customer loved the cakes look but I haven't found out if she liked the cake. I do not want to go through that again, This was my first cake I ever sold to anyone, I have always only done them for family and fiends, so I really need a good moist cake,If anyone has one please e-mail me at [email protected]. Thank you.

If you're looking for great scratch cake recipes, give Toba Garrett's a try. Her yellow and chocolate fudge cakes are to die for! You can find her recipes at www.epicurious.com.
