I went wild this past week ordering cookie cutters and in one of the orders they included a little flier that says to avoid rust on the tin cookie cutters to coat the cookie cutters with food grade mineral oil and to store in plastic bags. Would you please let me know what your tips are for taking care of my tin cookie cutters? Thanks so much!

I do not know if this is tru but When I purchased some from a store near me, they told me not to wash them after use. They said to just wipe them clean with a dry cloth.
I have not tried this yet though.
