I've seen where some of you add pudding mixes to your cake mixes....can you tell me what you add to a yellow cake mix and is it only 1 box per cake mix? Is it one xtra egg as well? TIA

I always add a small box of instant pudding and an extra egg to each mix.

I add instant pudding and an extra egg, and it makes a really moist cake. I also like the white almond sour cream cake recipe that I got off of here and I add pudding to it, and it is really good.

There is a post going around about adding flavored liquid coffee creamer in place of the water. Sounds yummy! I'm trying French Vanilla in DH white cake tomorrow and I added Caramel Hazelnut Swirl to Buttercream Dream icing yesterday and it was soooo good!
