I know everyone is trying to help when they are reporting bugs.

I know it is frustrating when bugs exist.

When reporting a bug, please take the time to read the Bug Report Instructions which are stickied at the top of the Bug Report Section. These instructions are crucial to us being able to actually do anything about your bug.

Some of the key points about how to use the bug reports section:

1. Provide your operating system, browser, internet connection type, so that we know what kind of environment the error happened in.

2. READ EXISTING BUG REPORTS. We only need one report of a bug. Yesterday there were over 50 posts about the same bug.

3. Do not reply to a BUG REPORT unless Jackie or I ask for additional information. The more posts there are, the more time we have to spend reading instead of fixing.

Please take these requests seriously. Despite the instructions being posted, and warnings at the top of every posting screen, only about 5% of all posts in the bug reports section are following the instructions.

Jackie and I are doing our best to resolve bugs on the site, and the more organized the Bug Reports section is, the faster we can resolve issues, and the less time we have to spend cleaning up the forum section.

Thank you to everyone for your consideration thumbs_up.gif
