i am going to try them soon. Now that I have my train shaped cookie cutters (caboose, train and r/r crossing sign) what is the best cookie dough you used that tastes good and holds it's shape? I am ready to bake by this weekend and then frost with royal icing and freeze! Thanks for your tips. Ofcourse i will post them one they are completed.

I don't have a tried and true recipe yet, but I saw that this needed to get bumped up.

I figured I'll just try the Wilton's recipe and hope it tastes good too. I need to get them baked. I appreciate everyone's help the last few weeks with my flip flop cake ideas, train cake ideas and now train shaped cookies! I found 3 nice, metal cookie cutters.
