cost for truffles

i need to make 200 truffles or fudge... i have never made in a bulk amount

how much should I charge (per piece)

Fudge is faster, although it does take some time to make clean cuts.

If you are just rolling the truffles in cocoa, and depending on size, I charge from $1- $3 each. Dipped in chocolate are more.

For fudge, I generally charge by the pound. Ingredients x 3.5 + packaging.
