What Is Orange Coffee Syrup?

I was reading the recipe for Orange Creamsicle Cake by wendoger and it called for Orange coffee syrup. I have never heard of this before could anyone help me with a description?

I would guess it would be a flavored syrup, like they add to coffee and Italian sodas. Like these - http://www.torani.com/index.shtml
