Hi icon_biggrin.gif
Does anyone have a great white cake receipe from scratch,
perhaps a martha stewart recipe, or from some where else.
that is moist, lite, and not to crumbly. The recipe I have is
tasty but falls apart, it appears moist, but will not hold it's shape.
Thank alot

Wow,Thanks alot for the link, and information,
I will certainly try the classic white cake
receipe.
Have you ever used shortening (Veg) instead
of butter in this recipe?

No, and I am not for sure how that would change the flavor, although I have seen cake recipes that use it. If you do, let me know how it tastes.
