Guess what I did? I was making a chocolate cake. I had my canister of flour sitting next to my mixer (no lid on it...) and after I added the cocoa to my mixer, I turned it on low to mix. Of course, the cocoa sprayed out of the mixer and landed in my open flour cannister! Now I have a cannister full of speckled flour! icon_redface.gif Note to self....put the daggone lid on your cannister!! Or move it somewhere else. Not really a cake disaster, but I felt so stupid I had to share.
