One of my husbands co-workers used to have this lady bake him p-nut butter and Jelly cakes and he says it was soo good and it is his favorite. He wants me to try to make one...so I thought of making p-nut butter flavored batter and filling with jelly, but he says it was just cake...no filling and the batter was flavored p-nut butter and jelly...any ideas of how I could make this??? Could I just make the p-nut butter batter and add jelly to the batter and bake? Do you think it would taste good? Does anyone have a recipe for this? I think this might just have to be a cake I have to try a few times to get a good recipe together. Thanks!
