Hi everyone. I am in the process of making my chocolate cake. I am going to use the Chocolate Ganache 1 recipe here in the recipe section. It calls for 1 ounce of sugar but it doesn't say if it is powdered sugar or regular sugar. Can anyone please help me with this????? Thank you so very much!!

Alrighty, Doug. Regular sugar it is. I really should have known that but I guess I've been working with powdered sugar so much, that I kind of forgot there was such a thing as regular sugar icon_biggrin.gif Anyway, I'm finally going to satisfy my chocolate craving today thumbs_up.gif and I thank you so much for your help. I really do appreciate it. Have a GREAT day!!!

I used Guittards semi-sweet chips. Enjoy!
