Hello,

I have to do 40 cupcakes but it's for a sunday in the mornig so i would like to make them on sunday night but do you think it will be ok for the sunday ?? what can i ad to my whipped cream gelatine or something else??

If you have a recipe but not with just buttercream.

I have an idea but i don't know if it's good or not, make a whipped cream whith buttercream and gelatine ! do you think it's a good recipe?

I say you use the Italian Meringue Buttercream from this site........it doesn't taste like a buttercream at all it's luscious and light...like whipped cream!!! It will stay fluffy on the cupcakes too overnight....even if you refrigerate them when it comes to room temperature it gets nice and soft again. Delicous recipe
