Please, Please.....someone...anyone.....I am in need of a milk-free yellow cake recipe. I posted once and had no response. I've tried the recipe on this site (milk free egg-free) and it was a total flop. If you do milk free cakes...please send me a recipe.......

No, not the check box...that doesn't seem to work. I mean open the post like you are reading any of them and click on the little pink words at the bottom. You will also get added after you make a response to someone else.icon_smile.gif

I too make (almost exclusively) dairy-free cakes and frostings etc.
You can generally substitue non-dairy creamer (just check, because many 'non-dairy' creamers really are NOT--one way to tell is if the creamer is kosher, it will have to indicate if it's dairy or not). You can also use water, or orange juice, depending on the recipe.
Soy milk also works. Usually I will use 1/2 water, and 1/2 creamer or juice.
