I just got through making three FBCT's for a cake for tomorrow.. so I thought... Mom just called and rescheduled the party for Saturday.. Will my transfers still be good???

yes.........I had some transfers in the freezer for 3 weeks........I was just playing around since I'd never done one and they turned out so beautifully I couldn't throw them out so I used them...just make sure once they're hard to transfer them to a seeled container or bag of some type....but leave them on a hard flat surface so they don't warp in shape! They'll be fine! Mine tasted delicious and looked great...no problems.
