Check the Splenda website, www.Slenda.com. I made their peanut butter cookies and they are really good.

I have check out the splenda site and the other site for diabetic kids. Was wondering how safe the icing would be since it is done with real egg yolks. I will need to mail the cookies to my friend, so I was worried if it would be safe to eat when she recieved them???

Do you all think there is a dry egg yolk substitute like the menrenge powder that is usually used?

www.allrecipes.com site has lots of recipes for sugar free cookies, also.
