Does anyone have a good sugar free cake recipe you are willing to share?

I would not exactly call that sugar-free, since there is natural sugar in the apple or pineapple juice and at tiny bit from the milk, maybe low in sugar.

I once looked high and low for a completely sugar free cake for a diabetic and from what I read at the time you just can't make a cake withoug some amount of sugar. The structure of sustitute sweetners isn't the same as sugar and doesn't fair well in a cake. I don't think I've ever seen a recipe that really was sugar free. You can make pies though.
