Ice-cream cone cake pans! These are so cute and would make an interesting change from cupcakes! A bit pricey though...

Lakeland is a brilliant company - I've ordered mail order and also visited their stores. The staff really are the nicest people you could ever hope to deal with. I love them to bits - the customer service is excellent!
So, does that mean Wm. Sonoma might carry this? I thought this was sooo cute! Going to call today. Thanks!
They are very cut, but they look like they are not very easy to make them stand up....
I just checked Wm. Sonomas web page and i can't find them. If anybody comes across them, please post.
I thought the same thing as far as topple over, but with a cake bottom, they should be able to stand, unlike when making cupcakes IN the ice cream cones!

Yes, Williams Sonoma does carry this pan. It's listed under bundt pans.
They would also make nice flowerpot cakes & you wouldn't need to bake cakes in a little flowerpot. Just bake these, frost them appropriately & place flowers on top.
I bought this pan at Williams Sonoma last year, and they are very good. The vanilla recipe that comes with the pan was a hit with the kids last year. As someone stated earlier though, they are very tricky to stand up. They are actually harder to stand up than when you bake the cake right in the flat-bottomed ice cream cones. Even trickier still to transport.
mum1205, do you recommend buying one or sticking with the ice cream cones? I just went onto the Williams-Sonoma site under bundt pans and it is 32.00. Do you think its worth it? What other uses could we get out of it. SO CUTE, but don't want to pay that high of a price if they don't really work that well.
I just picked up this pan at WS last weekend! Haven't tried it yet...does look a little tricky, but so cute I couldn't pass them up!

I have used their other pans and they work perfect! The cakes just fall right out....only thing is how to transport them (I'm having that issue lately....cc bouquets)!
Those are so cute! I looked to see if I could find something like it today at the cake store, but no such luck.
They're better than baking in the ice cream cones, because the cones get soggy pretty quickly. However, they are not very rigid and don't stand up well. If you have one of those wilton wire cupcake trees, I'm sure they would look great. When I needed to transport mine, I used a large box, and created a grid out of foil, to support each one. I don't regret buying mine!
Yikes! $32! Wish they had a coupon! I don't know about putting them in the wire cupcake tree. Being these are tall, and no papers, they would break off. But still, how can you pass up the cuteness!
