I got an idea while watching Sugar Rush on Food Network. Warren Brown was making chocolate cutouts to decorate a cake, but I was thinking I could use them to decorate the NF sugar cookies! The chocolate and the cookie would be from the same shape cutter, but how would I attach the chocolate shape to the cookie? I couldnt do it while the cookie was still warm because the chocolate would melt, but what about if I attached it with BC? Ultimately, i would like to make an indentation in the sugar cookies while it was still warm to fit the chocolate into it, but I gues I could always make a stencil for that. Any ideas?

TIA

You might be able to attach it with corn syrup. that stuff works like glue.
I have used chocolate clay (i think it's called) to decorate cookies. looks good, works great, easy, fast, less messy. It's a mix of chocolate & corn syrup, texture is thick.
